+ WHAT IS CBD?
Cannabidiol (CBD for short) is a compound found naturally in the hemp (cannabis sativa L) plant. Unlike THC (the active cannabinoid in marijuana), CBD is not intoxicating which means it will not get you high. With over 100 naturally occurring cannabinoids known to exist in the plant, CBD is the most abundant, non-intoxicating cannabinoid found in cannabis. CBD is a mood-altering substance. It has been shown to have moderating effects on anxiety, psychosis, depression, pain, appetite, memory, seizures and other brain activity. It works in tandem with THC and other cannabinoids that act on the central nervous system. CBD does not result in euphoria or intoxication.
+ WHAT DO PEOPLE USE CBD FOR?
CBD is commonly used to lower stress & anxiety, help falling and staying asleep, fight against pain and inflammation, relieve pain and stiffness associated with arthritis, promote cardiovascular health, relieve nausea and reducing vomiting, help with nicotine cravings, and also help with treatment of seizures.*

+ IS CBD LEGAL?
Industrial hemp was legalized with the passage of The United States Farm Bill of 2018. Hemp derived from CBD products containing less than 0.3% of Delta-9 THC are legal. You do not need a prescription to buy CBD products.
PCB Hemp Company's policy prohibits sales to minors. Sales of Delta-8 or any smokeable product (including glass pipes) is prohibited to anyone under the age of 21.
While legal in Florida, unfortunately, the purhcase of smokeable hemp (CBD flower, prerolls, hemp cigarettes, etc.) is not legal in all states. Please check with your local and state laws. PCB Hemp Company is not responsbile for knowing the legan status of hemp in your state or territory and you assume full responsibility for purchases from our website.
+ WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN ISOLATE, BROAD SPECTRUM AND FULL SPECTRUM?
CBD Isolate is the purest form of CBD with zero THC and no additional hemp compounds. Broad Spectrum CBD has zero THC but is enhanced by other beneficial hemp compounds. Full Spectrum CBD has up to 0.3% Delta-9 THC and is enhanced by other beneficial hemp compounds.
+ WHAT IS DELTA-8 THC?
When you hear of medical or recreational marijuana, the main psychoactive component in the cannabis is Delta-9 THC. This is the compound that most people are familiar with, it is what gives you the "high" effect.
The difference between Delta-9-THC and Delta-8-THC is small. There's a double carbon bond on the eighth carbon in the chain that makes up the compound, as opposed to the ninth.
While Delta-8 is only slightly different from Delta-9 in structure, it is about two-thirds as potent because of the way it binds to receptors in the brain. Users report a clearer, calmer, and more composed high compared to what they get when consuming typical marijuana.
+ IS DELTA-8 LEGAL?
The 2018 Hemp Farm Bill allows for the manufacturing and sale of any product derived from hemp containing less than 0.3% Delta-9-THC, the main psychoactive ingredient in marijuana. The Controlled Substance Act specifically makes amendments that protect the manufacturing of any tetrahydrocannabinol (again, as long as it has legally compliant levels of D9) derived from hemp by removing them from the list of Schedule I narcotics, which is why D8 is legal. However, some states have different local regulatory laws that the ban any and all hemp products, including CBD and, subsequently, Delta 8.
PCB Hemp Company is not responsible for knowing the legal status of delta-8 product in your state or territory however, due to Delta-8 THC either being illegal or not explicitly legal according to state laws, this product does not ship to the following states: Alaska, Arizona, Arkansas, Delaware, Idaho, Iowa, Mississippi, Montana, Nebraska, Nevada, Utah.
+ WILL CBD OR D8 CAUSE ME TO FAIL A DRUG TEST?
Our full spectrum CBD products along with the Delta-8 products do contain legal amounts of THC. This does mean it is possible to fail a drug test using these products. If this is a sensitive subject at your workplace, we do carry broad spectrum products that have zero THC. We can not guarantee one way or another that you will pass or fail a drug test. We leave it up to our customers to know the specific requirements surrounding hemp products in their workplace.
